We are offering waterbase wood lamination adhesive. waterbase adhesive for plastic lamination area, is one-component waterbase polyurethane. Using best pud, it is totally environmental protection, innocuity, safety and non odor, etc. It has excellent performance on heat resistance, fast drying, strong initial viscous, endurance bonding strength, and atomization. It is suitbale for materials, such as pvc with mdf, chipboard, woodbaord, etc. In the vacuum thermoforming area. It is widely applied to waterbase palstci lamination products, just like plastic laminated door, kitchen cabinet panel, sound box panel, computer desk, etc.  usage: rub the wood material spray the adhesive on the wood  drying  put into the vacuum thermoforming machine and heat the pvc filmdo the thermoforming  notice: please add some hardener to the adhesive to increase the bonding force and heat resistance, supposed to be 4-6% of the adhesive. Run out of the adhesive after adding the hardener, or it may solidify and affect the quality ,can not even be used for storing it for a long time.
