We design & manufacture the AMF panels for various capacity & different make of Diesel Generator set. AMF panel is the short form of Auto Main Failure panel. It is normally connected to the generator set to the control the generator set function. It is connected with a feedback from main power source that it sense if the main power fails and triggers a start command (through relay and hard wiring) to the Generator to start and close the necessary circuit breakers to take the load on to Generator. It can perform the same functions vice-versa, when the main supply is restored or is available. It transfers the load to main supply and sends closing command to the DG Set so that the generator stops and is ready to perform the same function again when required. It is also provided with a smart battery charging system for the generator so that the starting of the generator is not hampered for low battery voltage and also provides protection to the battery against excessive charging. Manual or operator's intervention will not be needed to start the generator set after the power is failed from main source.
