Laminates are composed of two or more materials, which make up a composite. These may be comprised of a combination of substrate materials along with some kind of thermosetting resin or adhesives for bonding the layers of substrate together. Pet, PE, BOPP, CPP based laminates for snack food industry and specialized laminates for wheat flour and rice packaging in roll form and Preformed pouches. 

Our wide range of printed mono cartons is available in customized sizes and prints. These mono cartons are used for packaging of plastic bottles for beverages, mineral water, cosmetics, liquor, medicines and other products. Mono Cartons with very high aesthetic appeal can be supplied provided the order quantity is big. The main Pro of this product is that they prevent duplicity and also have better strength.

We offer customized pouching services. We specialize in manufacturing customized pouches in accordance with drawings and specifications provided by our clients.  Preformed pouches in all structure, shapes and sizes are produced with option for eyelets and loop handles. Stand-up pouches with/ without zipper, side gusset preformed pouches, center seal, three sided seal pouches are all made in house.

Extrusion coating is the coating of a molten web of synthetic resin on to a substrate material. It is a versatile coating technique used for the economic application of various plastics, notably polyethylene, onto paperboard, corrugated fiberboard, paper, aluminum, cellulose or plastic films. Four layer laminates increase the shelf life of the products packed by providing very high WVTR (Water Vapor transmission Rate) and OTR (Oxygen Transmission Rate). Hygroscopic foods like namkeens and extruded snack foods are packed in 4 layer laminates. We specialize in this product and aim to assume very low WVTR and OTR values as per your product segment.
