Setup in 1989 Jivanti Pharmaceuticals has been helping the farmers across India to improve the health of their bulk animals in most cost effective & natural manner. The Jivanti Products are made from natural ingredients & the usage is simple .
Somewhere around in 1959, a visionary man - Mr. Nathubhai Dayaljibhai Desai, having worked with pharmaceutical company called “Alarsin” saw the dream to be an entrepreneur and help bring some transformation in lives of farmer brothers and also make some positive difference to dumb Animals.
To translate this dream into reality Herbo Minerals was founded by Nathubhai in around 1959. He started job work for Alarsin at amalsad which was his own earned premises having shared good relations with his employers.
In the initial stage, Herbo Minerals opted for and got license for Ayurvedic drug manufacturing and started producing Leptadin as well as various others human medicines. They also supplied raw material of various human medicines to Alarsin. Since 1959 to 1988 this association lasted successfully, but due to cancellation of agreement deed between” herbo minerals” & Alarsin” Mr. Nathubhai diverted into manufacturing of Ayurvedic veterinary medicine. He got the drug license in 1988 & his new company’s name was “JIVANTI PHARMACEUTICALS” which mainly had two products.
1) JIVANTI COMPOUND for cow and buffalos,
2) RESPICURE for poultry animals.
During this tenure the major circulation of this drug was in many states of India. The major clients of JIVANTI were Dairies, Veterinary Doctors, Veterinary shop Owners & Direct Users. The amazing thing is that it started on small level and today it has reached to a distinguished consign with a nationwide presence with incredible recognition among people, based at Rajpipla, Gujarat.
After the unfortunate demise of Mr. Nathubhai Desai, some strategic moves were taken in the company and as a part of that the company got a new chairman, Mr. Rajnikant Desai son of Mr. Nathubhai Desai. This gentleman had only one mission to grow and expand the tree whose seed was ripped by his father Mr. Nathubhai.
Mr. Rajnikant’s focus was to open new horizons for this company and to retain the trust factor of customers which his father Mr. Nathubhai has earned so far.
Mr. Rajnikant’s focus was on promotion and sales of Jivanti; After a passage of time due to his old age and lack of physical fitness, JIVANTI PHARMACEUTICALS & VEDANT PHARMA (OWNER-VINUBHAI PATEL) entered into an agreement where SOLE PRODUCT RIGHTS WILL BE OF JIVANTI PHARMACEUTICALS & VEDANT PHARMA will only do job work under VEDANT PHARMA drug license. On the other hand Mr. Rajnikant showing a sense of gratitude transferred his entire manufacturing unit to Mr. Vinubhai Patel at no profit no loss price who being an old associate of Nathubhai family & kept in touch about 30 years & more, resulting in focused approach.
Since then Vedant Pharmaceutical has been funded by Jivanti and Jivanti has been providing Vedant all raw materials, monetary, non-monetary support for production and interdentally focusing on the increased circulation.
Mr. Munjal Desai is son of Mr. Rajnikant Desai now actively pursuing to take Jivanti Pharmaceuticals to new heights after the painful demise of Mr. Rajnikant Desai's on 27th April 2011;. Mr. Munjal Desai aspires to put this Company in the global market and leave distinguished impact while performing its social responsibility of well-wisher of farmers and dumb animals.
