We are offering Air Shower, a self-contained air chamber installed at the entrance to clean rooms and other environments. Our Air Shower is equipped with adjustable nozzles that deliver a spray of HEPA-filtered air at approximately 6000 FPM offering a clean and controlled environment. The Air Shower can be installed in the ceiling or the opposing walls to remove any lint and dust from the surface of the garments entering through the room. Air shower is available in, SS 304 SS 316 SS 316l, CRCA powder coated variety. Air Shower, self contained factory assembled system in S.S. 304 CONSTRUCTION designed to deliver a spray of moving air at approximately 6000 ft. per minute, from adjustable nozzles in the ceiling and opposing walls. The system is equipped with stainless steel grated floor located approximately 6" above datum level. Duct air chases are installed within the walls of the unit. Air passes through a bank of pre-filters and a second bank of HEPA filters mounted on top or one side of the unit. The air shower is provided with a specially designed solid state sequential control system, rendering the operation fully automatic. The electromagnetic door interlocking arrangement permits opening of only one door at a time. During 30 seconds while the air shower is in operation, neither entrance nor exit door can be opened. In the event of power failure, however, the doors can be opened manually. A lock switch for overriding the electronic control system ensuring manual operation is also provided. The illumination level inside will be 100 ft. candles.

Air Showers are self contained chambers installed at entrances to cleanrooms and other controlled environments. They minimize particulate matter entering or exiting the clean space. Personnel and materials entering or exiting the controlled environment are scrubbed by high velocity HEPA-filtered air jets with velocities of 20-22m/s (4000-4300fpm). Contaminated air is then drawn through the base within the unit, filtered and recirculated. Cleanroom Applications: the greatest source of particulate contamination in a cleanroom is the operator . Air showers are installed between change areas and the cleanroom. The air shower enhances cleanroom operating protocol by serving as a reminder to all operators that they are entering a controlled environment. Personnel therefore develop the habit of gowning up properly before entering the air shower .

Air Shower also provides and effective air lock system which restricts the clean area in the event of door opening. Principle of Working As the person enters the shower room, the start switch activates the pre-selected shower time to produce flood of high velocity low pressure clean air through the fourteen concentric nozzles which washes away dust particles and other contamination adhere to the body and the same is swept away through the filtration media provided at the floor level exhaust of the equipment. The electronic timer also activates magnetic locking system of the unit which is synchronized with the Air Shower timing for entry and exit. High efficiency Micro-filtration medias are used for cleaning & recycling of the clean air in the Air Shower upto efficiency to produce Class 100 or Class 10000 clean air.
