He is also an examiner for Insurance Institute of India for their Associate and Fellow Examinations. Vivek has worked with/for some of world’s largest companies like UIIC ltd, Bajaj Allianz Genral Insurance Limited, Tata AIG GIC Ltd, Thomas Cook India Limited etc.

Dr. Ajit Onawale, is a trained psychologist with specialization in Clinical Psychology who holds an M.A in Psychology from Nagpur University; with a Bachelors Degree in Science with a major in Math's, additional B. A in Psychology, secured the Gold Medal in M.A (Clinical Psychology), PhD. From Nagpur University.
Dr Ajit Onawale has about 26 years of experience includes three years of teaching experience at postgraduate level, fourteen years of senior corporate experience in HR, and eight years as Director of MapTalent.
