Loyal Textile Mills Ltd has four spinning mills located at Kovilpatti, Sattur, Arasanur and Naidupet (Andhra Pradesh) having around 150,000 ring spindles, 4,800 rotors and vortex spinning. The entire ring spinning capacity is compact. Loyal also has a siro compacting facilities. Loyal has state-of-the-art machineries including auto doffers and link coners. Loyal's knitting plant has the capacity to produce 100 tons of knit fabrics a day in Single Jersey, Interlock, Ribs, 3 thread Fleece and Pique Polo Knits. The plant is equipped with knitting machines of diameters ranging from 20" to 36" and gauges from 20GG to 44GG from Mayer and Cie, Terrot, Pailung, Unitex, Amtex, Pilotelli, Stoll Machines, Lafer Brushing Machine and heatset grey stretch knit fabric machine. Knitted fabrics cane be heat setted with the Monfongs heat setting machine that can process a maximum fabric width of 260 cm. It has 7 chambers with an APU unit for fabric GSM and CPI control after heat setting. It has a capacity of 10,000 kgs per day.

Loyal produces nearly 225,000 meters of fabrics per day in widths from 122 cms to 360 cms in count range from 6's to 140's including very densely woven fabrics. Weaving consists of 460 looms - Toyota Airjets, Picanol Airjets, Mythos Somet Air jets and Picanol Dobby Looms (Loom width 190cm, 210cm, 220 cm, 280 cm, 340cm and 360 cm). Weaving preparatory consists of Benninger and Karl Mayer warping and sizing machine - 5 direct warping, 1 Sectional Warping, 4 Sizing machine and 1 Warping cum sizing machine up to 360 cm width. Loyal employs the most energy efficient centrifugal compressors and use coated aluminum tubes to reduce flow resistance. Air consumption is monitored online to ensure that all looms use minimum amount of air. The loom sphere humidification system reduces power and water consumption.
