The winch assembly comprises of special crane duty motor connected to helical speed reducers and reduction gear box dipped oil bath and gear meshed are coupled up to a grooved steel drum. Electro hydraulic brakes are used to central the smooth lifting of weight. The winch assembly rotates on specially designed thrust bearing by mean of multiple step down gears built into the winch foot. Wire rope is of 6 x 37 construction 16mm in dia. Electric operations are controlled with Push Button Control unit Independent from the position of winch assembly. Limit Switches for Rotation Boom lowering lifting & load lowering and lifting are provided to ensure accident free operation.
