The production at Vinsar is environment-friendly as it produces Butyl Reclaim by recycling scrap of Butyl Tubes. Our products can be relied upon for use in a variety of verticals like automobile tubes, tyre inner liners and many more goods.Production ProcessThe Butyl scrap is collected from a network of approved suppliers and is further segregated to ensure only the Butyl material is taken for reclaiming. The entire process is divided into two phases. In the first phase, the scrap is segregated to pick only butyl scrap.Then such scrap tubes are cut into 3-4 pieces and puncture patches are removed from these . Such segregated scrap is taken into cracker machine to convert these into crumb.
