    carbon fiber fabrics

We are proud to say that our name is synonymous with the advent of Carbon Fiber and Fiberglass Fabrics in India. We have developed over hundreds of varieties, for an equal number of end applications. It would fill pages if we were to list all different styles of fabrics that we have made. Suffice it to say that we can manufacture almost any type of woven fabric – be the fabric as per Indian, American, German, Russian, British, Japanese or French standards. We can weave fabrics from a thickness of 1 mil to 100 mil (i.e., 0.025 mm to 2.5 mm). It is routine for us to weave plain, satin, twill, basket, leno, mock-leno, jacquard, tubular and even uni-directional weaves on our fleet of looms. Processed Glass Fabrics are available with de-sizing and silane treatment to be used with Epoxy, Polyester or Phenolic resins. Coatings of PTFE, Neoprene, Silicone, Viton, Graphite, Vermeculite etc etc are made available almost off-the-shelf to meet demanding applications. Carbon Fabrics are woven from 1K, 3K, 6K, 12K, in any weave required. UD – CARBON fabrics are also manufactured in-house. Activated Carbon Cloth

Activated Carbons are the most powerful adsorbents known. It is basically a solid material consisting mainly of pure carbon. A characteristic feature is its porous structure and the resulting immense surface area which may be as large as 1500 m2gm. Due to its exceptional adsorption qualities, activated carbon is widely used in process destined to purify, discolor, recuperate and remove odors at low cost and superior efficiency. Activated carbons work on the principle of adorption. Adsorption is an interfacial process involving the collection of gaseous or solute components on the surface of adsorbent solids. This phenomenon is associated with physical attractive forces that bind gaseous and solute molecules commonly known as Van-der-Waals forces
