Recess type Manhole covers are manufactured in accordance to BS, EN, IS, ASTM specification both in ductile and cast iron. Kajeco manufactures Hubless Fittings to American standard 301 in cast Iron. Each piece is subject to independent checks for quality control.

Looking into the wide usage of SG (ductile) Iron, we have started manufacture of fitting as per ISO-2531 & IS-9523. All quality parameters are taken care like tensile, hardness, surface finish, coating, dimensions, leakage to deliver a full proof product.

We, at kajeco, manufacture iron  pipes according to 1729-2002. Each pipe is subject to internal hydro-static pressure test of 0.7kg/cm2 for at least 45 seconds. This make our pipes leak proof,  material used is in accordance to is IS 210 Grade FG 150 proper gaping inside socket for lead joint in pipes is ensured.
