The crushing head is hard-faced with Chromium-Carbide electrode. We can also provide the hammers with detachable Carbide Tip. Hardness Hammers with Hardfacing : - maintained in the range of 55-61 HRCHammers with Carbide Tips : - hardness of tip is 700 BHN

Cane cutting Knives undergo the heat-treatment in the furnace for stress relieving. The entire process is properly done with intense care at each stage.
