ADORN manufactures Single Girder as well as Double Girder Underslung cranes that find its application where the headroom in a factory is limited or the structure does not allow any other means of supporting the crane other from the roof. Typically, Underslung cranes ranges from 1MT to 10MT, however higher capacity Underslung Cranes can also be manufactured as per clients requirement. Precise control of the up/down motion and/or travel motion can be achieved by fitting Variable Frequency Drives in the panels (optional). Control can be either through a Pendant Push Button station or a Radio Remote Control (optional).

The weighbridge structure is accurately fabricated and built to high quality engineering standards for durable and accurate performance. In Pitless Weighbridge the weighing platform and load cells are mounted above the ground level. This type of weighbridge is most suitable where the excavation work for foundation is difficult or construction of pit is expensive. Since the structure is above ground level, vehicles can approach the weighbridge only from two directions where the ramps are provided. This type of weighbridge requires more space. Pitless type weighbridges are easy to maintain as all electronics components and weighbridge structure are accessible above ground level. They also offer very good services in water logging areas.

ADORN Pit type Weighbridges are designed for heavy usage and harsh environment. The sturdy and strong steel platform provides safeguard against lateral and sway movements. The weighbridge structure is accurately fabricated and built to high quality engineering standards for durable and accurate performance. In Pit type Weighbridge the weighing platform / deck is flushed with ground level. Platform structure and load cells are not visible and present under platform in pit. The manhole entry is provided for maintenance purpose. Pit mounted weighbridges are flush with the ground. As a result they pose no restrictions to vehicles and are therefore particularly useful at sites where vehicle flow can be in multiple directions. Pit mounted steel weighbridges are ideal for applications with heavy traffic and limited space.

In Motion Weighbridge are designed to capture and record axle weights and gross vehicle weights as vehicles drive over it. Unlike static scales, WIM systems are capable of measuring vehicles traveling at a reduced or normal traffic speed and do not require the vehicle to come to a stop. ADORN Mobile Weighbridges are fully transportable and relocatable making them ideal at temporary sites and for locations not suitable for civil works. These types of weighbridges are commonly used in mining, agricultural or temporary construction sites and require minimal site preparation. Mobile weighbridges are modular steel fabricated platforms with ramps. The loadcells are pre-mounted at factory between bottom steel frame and anti skid top platform deck. This weighbridge can be directly installed on a smooth and hard surface eliminating the civil foundation, saving time and money.

Adorn Junction Box features dust and water tight (IP65) protection with weather proof enclosure. Junction Box takes the input from multiple load cells and sums them in parallel to form a single output equal to the sum of the forces on the load cells. The Junction box also carries a set of surge arrestors, to protect the entire system from lightning and electrical surges.    

ADORN Jib Cranes are designed & manufactured in accordance to IS: 807 & IS: 3177. They are Wall mounted or Pillar type fully floating on bearings with swivel facility up to 360°. Self aligned type double roller thrust bearings take care of horizontal, vertical and radial thrust loads. Jib cranes are available in lifting capacities ranging from 250 Kgs to 7500 Kgs and arm radius upto 5 mtrs. for the required application. Jib arm is fabricated from heavy section I-Beam or of triangular truss construction to keep the deflection in acceptable limits. Jib arm is suitable to accommodate trolley with chain pulley block for manual travel and lifting operations or electric wire rope hoist for electric operations.

ADORN design and manufactures Goliath/Gantry Cranes in accordance with IS: 3177 & IS: 807 and as per international standards. Goliath Cranes or Semi- Goliath Cranes are manufactured in both single and double girder version. They are essentially the same as the regular overhead cranes except that the bridge for carrying the trolley or trolleys is rigidly supported on two or more legs running on fixed rails or other runway. These “legs” eliminate the supporting runway and column system and connect to end trucks which run on a rail either embedded in or laid on top of the floor. They are ideal for outdoor applications where lifting facilities are provided without the cost of a building or any supporting steelwork. They are also suited to indoor applications where existing building structures are not suitable to take overhead cranes, and where additional supporting steelwork would result in a loss of floor area. This is single column rocker pin type compression load cell constructed from high grade tool steel with electro-less nickel plating for resistance to shock loads and corrosion. It is strain gauge based sensor with temperature compensation for 00 to 600 C. It is hermetically sealed with laser welding for IP 68 environmental protection. Its rocker pin design helps for self centering and self restoring under moving loads of trucks.      

Ball in Cup type shear beam load cell, with the protection level of IP68, provides better performance than any other type of load cells. These load cells are very easy to install or replace in case of requirement. They also protects weighbridge from horizontal jerks apart from vertical jerks and provides exact point of contact; so, minimum error levels.
