OUR MANUFACTURING PROCESS Our complete manufacturing process starts keeping in mind the stability and strength of our final product. We manufacture AHUs in two variants – Aluminum Profile and Stainless Steel. The specially designed aluminum sheets are used for the structure of the unit to provide good rigidity and corrosion resistance. The panels are then injected with CFC free foam to obtain density up to 40 Kg/m3. The entire frame is then mounted on a galvanized steel channel base. The condensate drain pan is fabricated out of corrosion resistant stainless steel and insulated on outside with close cell insulation. The units are designed to deliver performance without vibration and noise. Our Complete unit assembly consists of imported centrifugal fan, cooling coil, filters, housing and insulation. Additional modules such as thermal break with coved profiles, heating coil, face and pass damper, humidifiers and air mixing chambers are also available based on customer requirement. We also manufacture Units with direct drive plug fans as required by the customer.
