Timing belts run on timing pulleys. Such pulleys are dynamically designed and manufactured. The belt tooth must fit exactly in the gullet of the pulley. Timing pulleys manufactured from aluminium and en8 are available with us.

We offer rubber v belts. Rubber v belts are one of the earliest forms of belt drive system. Normal v belts comprising of the classical v belts and narrow v belts.

Apt rubber timing belts are manufactured with chloroprene rubber and fiber glass cord as tension members and are available in a wide range of pitches. Fiber glass cord offers high bending flexibility and zero elongation.

We are offering pu v belts. Ordinary v belts made from polyurethane are available in long lengths in roll forms. These belts are available in various shapes such as plain super grip (roughtop) conical, etc for use in various conveying applications. They can be joined just like pu round belts and are easy to install on the machine. An added advantage of these belts is that they can be reused even after elongation.

We are offering pu round belts. Polyurethane round belts are also known as thermo weldable polyurethane round belts since they can be joined to form a circumference of any size. They are available in diameter ranging from 2mm to 18mm in roll forms. They are available in non reinforced (rough surface) and reinforced (smooth surface). Special jointing kit comprising of jointing clamp, heater and cutter is available to join these belts.

We are offering poly v belts. V ribbed belts have wide top width and thin thickness. They provide consistent tension while driving by connecting in each rib. The width and thickness provide excellent flexibility and reduce slippage.

We are offering apt pu timing belts are manufactured with high quality polyurethane compounds and are reinforced with steel wire or kevlar or polyester cord as tensile members.

We are offering poly flex belts, naylon sandwith belts, seamless flat belts.

Apt offer double sided timing belts both in rubber & pu. They are also known as twin power (double sided tooth) timing belts.

A V belt with Cog Shaped grooves at the bottom enhances the flexibility of the belt. Such belts can be easily used on smaller pulleys.
