not more than 1.0 % ( on dry weight basis)
ash insoluble in dilute hcl:
not more than 0.10% (on dry weight basis)
gluten:
not less than 6.0 % (on dry weight basis)
alcoholic acidity ( with 90% alcohol ) expressed as h2so4 (on dry weight basis)
not more than 0.18 %
