It involves a simple process as the molten polymer tube is been extruded and inflated several times in order to form a thin bubble. Further, this bubble is collapsed and used to make bags. The materials used with this process are polyethylene and other polymer materials. The blown film plant is further been categorized as monolayer film plant, three layer film plant (a-b-a), three layer film plant (a-b-c), two layer blown film plant.
