We had option for single side BOPP bags where front side is having Multicolor printing and back side is Flexo printing. This type of bags provides flexibility to change backside printing with less cost. In this type of bags front side is used for branding purpose while backside is use for changeable matter. So whenever any change occurs on backside we can change it without changing cylinder, which reduce cost in cylinder. We can save cost in bag and cylinder in this type of bags. If product required high ventilation, we can make single side BOPP bag with backside without lamination. Backside without lamination provides you required ventilation.

We can provide any HDPE / PP woven bags with Micro perforation. Perforation can be done from 1” (2.54 cm) to the whole size of bags. The pinholes used for Micro perforation are very sharp and perfect. Micro perforation is done in such way that one cannot see the holes and air will also be passed through the bags, so that filled in product can breathe easily.

We able to provide you BOPP bags with Gusset. After filling gusseted bags become semi brick shape, due to this we can stack higher. After filling gusseted bags reduce space, so transportation become easy. In Gusseted bags you can do branding in Gusset, which is visible while stacking. So increase brand value. We offer two type of gusset, one is center gusset and other is side gusset. In center gusset, gusset matter splits in two part while in side gusset, gusset matter remain in single part.

Block bottom multicolor bags comes with brick shape, Due to perfect rectangular shape, Block Bottom Sacks can be stacked high using space efficiently. Due to high strength it can be used in both manual & automatic loaders. Block Bottom sack fits perfectly with palletizing or truck loading equipment whether manual or fully automatic, as it is the same size as other sacks made from different materials. Filled sacks require a minimum of storage space, and their high strength allows for high stacking. This type of bags is designed for use with both manual and automatic placing and filling machines. The characteristics of the sack can be engineered to special specifications if required. The valve can also be produced to be suitable for an automatic valve sealing process after filling.
