Precision ballscrews and highly rigid precision bearing ensure accurate positioning and heavy cutting capability. Centralized oil system provides forced automatic lubrication onto ballscrews and all mating surface. Choice of two model ranges. The CKE-Z series has automatic headstock gear changing, high spindle speed with wide range, and low noise levels of under 80db. The CKE-I series, with independent spindle structure, utilize a frequency converted spindle motor or servomotor to offer stepless high spindle speeds. Horizontal 4-P automatic indexing toopost is provided as standard, while vertical 4-P toolpost, horizontal 8-P toolpost, quick-change toolpost, etc can also be supplied to suit customer’s specific requirements. Optional pneumatic or hydraulic chuck and tailstock are available. FANUC, SIEMENS, FAGOR, etc control systems can be supplied. E-hand wheel function is also available. Our CNC embedded flat bed lathes are featured with the best features to make it perfect for precise and automatic turning operations. We have 6 different models of WM series with computer numerical control and model numbers are named WM 04/CN 30i, WM 04/CN 36z, WM 04/ CN 36i, WM 04/CN 40z, WM 04/CN 40i and WM 04/CN 50io. The CNC feature provides user friendly control and simple operation aspects as simple operators can easily understand the operating mechanism of this equipment. Apart from that, the following features highlight the unique mechanism such as,   This tool is designed with centralized oil system which provides automatic lubrication to the ballscrews and all mating surface. The ballscrews and sturdy bearing supports for perfect positioning of the work material and enhances the cutting or shaping capacity of the lathe. These can be applied to shape work pieces of lengths ranging from 600mm to 1000mm or 1 meter. Swing over bed is the workpiece diameter which will be rotated on the spindle without touching the lathe bed and this feature remains highly significant to handle large size work material and as far as flat bed CNC is concerned, they are provided with swing over bed ranging from 300mm to 500mm to support heavy load work materials. The spindle bores are chosen individually to match the machining capability of each model. Other features such as the steady and follow rest have also been included to support heavy duty machining requirements.
