LEO INDUSTRIES established in January 1994 with manufacturing Cotton Braided Items like Cotton Nada Dori, Round and Patti. It is used as a raw material as Bermuda, Parker and for household use. This company is established by Mr. Suresh P. Patel who has studied M.Sc. (Horticulture) with Distinction in 1992 and then he started manufacture of cotton lace Business. This company manufactures five different types of quality like STAR, MARVEL, DIAMOND, SUPER and ESUPER Quality.
In all brands, there are three sizes namely small, medium and large size dori. There are three sizes namely small, medium and large in single tape. There are two sizes namely medium and large in double tapes.Star brand cotton dori is also called as commercial quality. In star brand, there is a standard packing of five piece role in 250 gm with star label. Above 250 gm / 5 piece packing are also available.
In Marvel and Diamond brand, there is standard packing of 250 gm / 5 piece with marvel and diamond label. A Special item i.e. Diamond Dozen packet is made from this diamond quality. There are 12 piece roles in 350 gm weight. This is a special quality made for southern India where quality customers are there. Super quality cotton braided item are made from smooth cotton yarn for those customers who are actually user of these items. Their production cost is low as there is more length / kg in this Item.
Last & Final quality is Economical & Esuper, These items are made from direct mill bleach cotton yarn. There is a guaranteed length per kg in this item. Packing of ESuper is given by length & weight on printed label.
