Pack-Make Engineer’s tilting cooling plate is having rigid construction due to which it is highly efficient in operation. Cooling plate consists of two cooling area on the either side of plate. The cooling area is large which offers faster cooling of batch. The batch is collected on cooling plate. Initial temperature of batch is high so it is placed on cooling area of the plate. Cold water is continuously being circulated under the cooling area of the plate. Water is circulated using a electrically driven motor. Specific paths have been made using metal components for effective cooling of the batch. This technique results in faster cooling of the batch and more easily. Batch can also be manually mixed on cooling plate. Two sides offer more comfort immediate cleaning can be avoided.
