It is used for safe bonding of Fabrics during printing on Flat bed (Semi & Fully Automatic) and Rotary Printing machines also. In cold atmosphere this permanent adhesive are not tacky. Due to thermal conductivity the adhesive will get tackiness. Certain adhesive has certain activation temperature like BA 30 gets tackiness at around 30degC, BA 50 gets tackiness at around 50degC and same way BA 80 gets tackiness around 80degC. However, at certain temperature, tackiness appears which disappears again when the adhesive temperature sinks below its activity range.
