Furthermore, high tensile spring steel wire duly heat treated is used for longer life. Springs are supplied with "tie" arrangement for auto can doffing. Stabilized pentograph spring is recommended for bigger diameter cans. finally, nylon wheel swivel ball bearing castors are provided for smooth mobility.

Perforated Cones of 3° 30, 4° 20, 5° 57 & 9° 15 in different size are available with bull nose and cut nose top. The eccentricity is within standards and fitting is as per customer’s specifications. These are suitable for high temperature dyeing (upto 140°C) and available in one-time or multiple use according to customer’s requirement. They are manufactured from suitable Engineering plastic to ensure durability, performance & strength. Moreover, the light but sturdy Stackable Flexi tube allows even transfer of dye in all directions and keeps carrier in perfect shape even after compressed dyeing which reduces Dye cost by improving Dye penetration.

There is no jerk during starting of the machine and Delrin bush is inserted for longer life. They are suitable for LMW, Textool, Texmaco Howa RME, MET, Rieter, Toyoda,MMC, Jeetstex & Marzoli frames. We also produce roving & rubbing bobbins for woollen industry.
