Description:
Multihead weigher is a gravimetric filling machine & is most precise & high speed machine for solid & free flowing various products.
The product is fed to the top cone of the multihead weigher by cross feeder or bucket elevator and is distributed by the linear feeders to the load buckets. Then, it is dumpled to the weigh buckets. When a combination is found between weigh buckets for the given weight, selected weigh buckets dump product in forming tube of the bagging machine.
Multihead weighers are mainly used for potato chips, snacks, dryfruits, confectionary items, nuts, seeds, frozen products, etc.

Cup Filler Machine works on constant volume principle & is suited for the free flowing products with constant bulk density.
The working concept is quite simple. If you imagine dipping your measuring cup into product & then leveling it with straight edge knife. This is the basic principle behind cup filler except that the product flows from a hopper above and the knife is the edge of the hopper.
It is suitable for the free flowing products like salt, detergents, sugar, rice & also for other products, which are free flowing & bulk density is constant.

Description:
Auger Filler Machine is to dose the product by auger screw. Auger screw speed & rotation is controlled precisely by servo motor.
Auger filler is used mainly for sticky powders like milk powders, flours, ground spices, coffee powders, pesticides, etc.
Auger filler system includes a hopper containing product to be packed. The product level is maintained using inclined or horizontal screw conveyor. There is an agitator, which churns the material & helps to break lumps. The pitch of auger screw is filled with the material, when it rotates & the same is discharged to the bottom of the bag to be formed.
