    • Ion-selective buffers play a crucial role in analytical chemistry, particularly in ion-selective electrode (ISE) measurements. These buffers help maintain a stable environment for accurate and reliable ion concentration measurements.Ion-selective buffers are available for a variety of ions, depending on the specific needs of the experiment or application. Ion-selective electrodes, which are a type of ion-selective sensor, are used in electrochemical sensors for detecting specific ions. This has applications in environmental monitoring, medical devices, and industrial processes. Ion-selective buffers play a crucial role in analytical chemistry, particularly in ion-selective electrode (ISE) measurements. Glass Body These Glass-body, Conductivity electrode/cell is designed to conductivity testing application for laboratory and field use. Suitable for tap water and quality control check in water purification plant. Each type of conductivity cell has two models with k=0.1 cm-1 and k=1.0 cm-1 cell constants. When selecting a conductivity cell, check the expected conductivity of the sample and then look at the cell constants of conductivity cells. Choose a conductivity cell that covers the expected sample conductivity. The higher the conductivity value of sample, the higher the cell constant required. A conductivity cell with k=1.0 cm-1 cell constant is the most commonly used because it measures low to high conductivity.Benefits : Conductivity Cell covers wide range uS to mS.    Stable & quick response.    Intended for laboratory use.    Glass-body conductivity cells are chemical-resistant. They can be used in aqueous samples as well as in samples containing organic solvents.    Typically, a low conductivity solution is measured with a low cell having a k=0.1 cm-1 cell constant to prevent absorption of carbon dioxide (CO2) from air, which can affect the conductivity value.    A high conductivity solution is measured with a high cell having a k=1.0 cm-1 cell constant    Long life, easy cleaning to avoid contamination of the electrode to ensure correct results.    The same electrodes can also be used for measuring Resistivity/ TDS/ Salinity.    Available with BNC, 5 pin connectors & Banana Pin.    Suitable/ compatible with mostly all make Meters/ Analysers.
