Provided with rotor having five edges, the vertical oscillating granulator oscillates on a horizontal axis at a rate of 180 per minute. Working Principle: The material is entered through the inlet hopper and drops on the rotor blades. Equipped with a number of oscillators bars enclosed in a cylindrical case, the vertical granulator allows the particles to break down into the desirable shape and size. Th processes material is finally drained out from the bottom opening. With flexibility in varying speed and force applied to the material, the quality of final material could be significantly improved.
