We are currently manufacturing drapery rods in brass, aluminum, stainless steel and wood. We can provide upto 16ft long single piece rods in several finishes. We assure that the rods produced in our factory are very straight, well finished and accurate in sizes.

We have several types of door hinges in our product range like butt hinges, parliament hinges, spring hinges, T and H hinges, double action hinges, removable pin hinges etc. We are capable of manufacturing ball bearing and grease filled hinges. We can provide all types of hinges in all materials. We assure accurate size in all our hinges so that one can use a template while fitting them. Our hinges made from extrusion as well as out of sheet metal using bending and pressing.

We can provide custom design railings a long as 20 ft long made out of extruded brass, bronze and aluminum. We also manufacture railings fittings in different shapes and sizes and other related articles like finials, railing brackets and railing supports in different sizes and designs.

We also deal in a variety of tower bolts, bell pushes, finger plates and kick plates and other hardware like door chains etc.

We manufacture a variety of finials like sphere shaped finials, leaf shaped finials and other several designs for drapery rods as well as railing fittings. We assure accurate fitting sizes and high quality machining on all our finials.

We at Kalpana International have gained expertise over the years in development and production of different types of engineering goods like machine parts, auto components, electric fittings and parts, precision turned and machined components etc. We employ processes like precision, investment casting, forging and turning to produce these goods. We use machines like CNC lathes, vertical milling centers and high quality injection moulding. We produce a high quality range of drawer pulls in brass, bronze, stainless steel, aluminum, zinc and steel. We are also capable of manufacturing forged stainless steel Pulls. Our range start from simple plain design to beautifully engraved and designer pulls. We assure accurate centre to centre spacing and straight threading on all Drawer Pulls.

Our door latches and thumb turns act as ideal entry systems for kitchen and bathroom doors. We can provide matching latches and thumb turns to door handles and door knobs.

Our door knockers gives an excellent look to the main entry door of the house. We have a wide range of door knockers ranging from plain Victorian designs to designer ones in the shape of animal and human faces. We can also provide door knockers with a separate resting plate made out of bronze.

We have a large collection of door knobs with sizes ranging from 2 inches in diameter to 3 inches. We can supply knobs with long rectangular and square backplates. We also manufacturer these knobs with round rosettes matching to the basic design and construction of the knobs. We specialize in developing and reproducing antique French, English and Spanish designs. One can expect high quality of machining, trouble free and freely moving hardware from us.

We manufacture a range of door handles for main entry doors. Our handles are usually supplied with a variety of backplates ranging from long rectangular backplates to small square and round backplates. Our door handles range from simple Victorian and Georgian design to highly designer French and Italian designs. We can also supply and manufacture lever and cylindrical mortice locks for these handles.

We have a variety of beautiful designer hooks that can add style to bathrooms, dressing rooms and kitchen. We have hooks in shape of different flowers, animals with ceramic and glass breads on them. We also have coat and hat hooks and other beautifully engraved and elegant looking designer hooks.

Kalpana International specializes in manufacturing, designing and developing cabinet knobs. We manufacture knobs from ½ inch diameter in size to 1½ inch diameter. We are capable of manufacturing both hollow as well as solid cabinet knobs. Our manufacturing process ranges from simple turned plain knobs to highly designer and engraved knobs. Our Knobs are highly accurate in their machining and precision crafted so that one can see each and every portion very clear and distinguished.
