full time it engineer will be provided for 12 months on siteincluding labour + sparesreplacement of spares, if needroutine preventive maintenancepriority in support non–comprehensive amc
full time it engineer will be provided for 12 months on siteincluding labourroutine preventive maintenancepriority in support on – call contract (o.c.c)
charges will applicable as per problem no replacement of spareslow-priority compared to amc
visit charged will applicable extra.
