WEIGHER AND BAGGER Used for packing of potato, onion, beet root, garlic and similar products. It has a four head rotary bagger, designed for holding bags or cartons. Adjustable buckets are fitted to match a wide range of bags or cartons. Non-volatile bagging recipe memory - stores up to 10 recipes

WASHING SPONGING WAXING SECTION Used for washing, sponging and waxing of fruits & vegetables. Fitted with nylon bristle rollers for washing purpose. A number of fine pressurized water jets wash the tumbling and rolling fruits. The bristle rollers gently rub the surface of products and clean them properly.

SIZE GRADER Belt-roller type grader used for grading fruits & vegetables on the basis of diameter. Series of Nylon roller hang on top of the belt & rotate on their own axis. Diameters of nylon rollers differ from each other so as to create a gap between the moving belt and rollers.

SEED TREATER The machines is suitable continuous treatment of cereals, corn, peas, soyabean, cotton seed, sunflower seeds etc,

ROUND FRUIT GRADER The grading machines consists of a rotating rubber coated disk and a series of measuring bars. The fruits are graded according to their diameter when rotating on the rubber disk and passing through the measuring bars. Six different sizes and one over size can be achieved from the machine.

Machines is suitable for precleaning as well as fine cleaning of all types of cereal grains, seeds, oil seeds, pulses, malt, barley etc.

POTATO DIGGER Consists of two variable depth coulter disks. Digging web has a width of 1340mm. Two belts 25 mm pitch web with 12 mm diameter bars. Two variable frequency shakers to separate dirt from tubers, For dry conditions - a powered square bar in lieu of digging shear.

ONION TOPPER Rollers are organised in pairs of plain and scroll rollers, Scroll rollers include agitator rings to turn the onions as they pass over the topper. The scrolls can be resharpened up to four times before they need replacement. Option of sealed or greasable bearings. Plain roller are spring loaded to maintain efficient cutting.

Product is dumped manually onto the hopper, The belt elevates the product to the required height, Belt made up of food grade PVC material with cleats

LENGTH GRADER A corrugated bed (S.S. 304) is fitted in the machine. Bed is vibrated with the help of two vibro-motors fitted on top of the machine. Bed is divided into three parts and there are gaps between the parts.

INDENTED CYLINDER Used for additional separation or upgradation of seeds, grains of various crops on length basis after size & sieve cleaning. Also used for removing seeds, broken or cut, round grains, material longer than the desired crop seed.

INCLINED BELT CONVEYORS By using inclined flight belt conveyor damaged to the seedsgrains can be avoided because it is built in flightscleats with side walls carrying the seeds and discharging them very slowly without impact

GARLIC GRADING MACHINES Machine is fitted with vibrating rubber screens having perforations on the surface. Perforation on the rubber screens differs according to the product. Shaker assembly is fitted to vibrate the screen. Required number of modules can be attached to form a complete line.
