We are offering biomass gasifier. the ‘competent’ gasifiers designed by us are an engineering marvel. These produce tar free gas that is suitable as fuel for internal combustion engine or thermal working. These are suitable for burning wood or any other agricultural wastes. Five standard types are available with a capacity range of 120 to 850 nm3/hr to feed power generator of 25 to 400 kva. Larger sizes can be supplied on demand. ‘competent’ gasifiers can operate continuously with any trouble. These do not require shut down for refueling or ash removal. For larger plants fully or semiautomatic options are available. Process effluents are recycled and these are non-toxic. ‘competent’ gasifiers downdraft technology utilizes the principle that all tar is cracked at high temperature with long gas residence time in preheated refractory hearth. It has an opening on one side of the fitted with a circulation blower. The blower takes the inside air from the room and passes through the ducting in two paths. In one path it takes the hot and humid air and in the other it takes the cool air. The cool air and hot, humid air are mixed in the mixing chamber located on the other side of the KOJI ROOM. Water condensate gets drained through the bottom drain valve. Only the conditioned humid air will move through the top opening to the perforated duct, which is placed inside the die room. This will pass through the trays loaded with koji / bran. The air emerging from the Koji will get sucked by the circulation blower and the circulation continues.The humidity and the temperature are maintained by a heater and chilled water circulation. A modern electronic control system is used. The Relative humidity and temperature are indicated and controlled by the indicating controllers which adjust the heating and chilled water circulation to achieve accurate control. This is housed in an attractive control panel. Signal is used for indicating, controlling, recording or data logging as per the customers’ requirement.
