Shuddha Guggulu :- Guggulu is a highly volatile gum resin hence it is used in Rheumatism, Nervous diseases and Skin diseases. In Rheumatism it is taken internally and also used in local application. It is also used as “Bhagna Sandhanak” i.e. used in fracture healing. It is also a good diuretic, hence it passes out the toxins of the blood through urine. Nirgundi Ext. :- Nirgundi has the quality of eradicating vayu from the minute organs of the body. It pierces in the blood and lymphatic and sets the affected part free from doshes and improves the body channels by toning up the body muscles.
