The pre dispersed paste made in sigma kneader mixerplanetary mixer TwinShaftDisperser is fed on the feeding roll of the triple roll mill and this material is passed onto the center roll and then on the discharge roll. The speeds of all the rolls are different. The material is collected on the scraper and then taken out for packing. The hydraulic models are very easy to operate as compared to the mechanical models. The pump has to be operated just for few seconds thus you save lot of energy in the machine. Complete panel is also provided with the machine. The machine is covered with the mild steel plates or stainless steel plates buffed with mirror finish. Foundation base is sturdy. Digital temperature indicator and process control temperature can be analyzed easily on the machine.
