The Single Point Diamond Tools are more versatile dressing tool, which is used for turning and dressing of grinding wheel. They are made of carefully selected raw diamonds mounted in holders by means of special bonds .The dressing tool takes care of two main functions, it removes abrasive grains which have become completely worn out, and it recreates the correct geometric shape of the grinding wheel. We offers 3 grades to refinish the wheel , when the wheel become dull. The pores between the grains become loaded with the material ground.The selection of the diamonds depends upon the dimension of grinding wheel , its hardness grit size, abrasive type, and individual dressing operation.Advantages of single point coated Diamond Truly and fine dressing. Diamond are selected in accordance to shape and crystal quality and "A", "AA", "AAA" Oriented setting of these diamonds by sintering process enables greater bonding efficiency of even small diamonds and consequent reduction in the use of bigger diamonds.

We are offering multipoint cluster type diamond dresser. In this variety, dressers with several comparatively small and uniform diamonds mounted in one shank. Dressing force is spread across multiple diamond points, achieving longer tool life, avoiding early tool failure and allowing fast dressing. These dressers are resistant to shock & impact. as the size/grain size of the wheel increases, diamond dressers with big stone size required. Smaller stones cost much less than the larger ones, hence the smaller stones features extensively in multipoint dressing tools. The cluster arrangement has several stones on the face of the tools which gives circular pattern. these dressers are particularly suit to use in rough finishes such as conical grinding, inner surface grinding, center-less grinding, dressing of larger, coarser, harder wheels and the side of grinding wheels. With wide wheels, such as those on the center-less grinding machines, the multi-diamond arrangement having five or more diamonds in particular arrangement, ensures the long life to the dresser also gives first class treatment to the wheel itself and increases the production efficiency of the wheel.
