These are made from Bearing Steel hardened and tempered to hardness of 58 to 62 HRC. Dead Centers are available in MT-1, MT-2, MT-3, MT-4, MT-5 and MT-6 models. Dead Centres are available in Carbide Tips, HSS tips. Specially shaped and designed Dead Centres are also manufactured against request. No piece is delivered without thorough inspection.

Revolving Centres are designed and manufactured to offer maximum rigidity, concentricity and long life along with high accuracy.
The main body is made up of alloy steel hardened and tempered to 35 HRC to achieve toughness with increased rigidity and wear resistance. Load carrying capability of main body without undergoing heavy deflection is increased to maximum. The Revolving Centre is made from alloy steel, hardened and ground precision run out and angle to ensure smooth and true running. The centre is supported with best quality bearings to increase load carrying capabilities
All the Centres are functionally and dimensionally tested in line with ISI specifications. (IS: 3793-1966) Centres with MT-1, MT-2, MT-3, MT-4, MT-5 and MT-6 are also available in male 60˚, 90˚, female point and carbide Point.
We are also manufacturing MT-5 four bearing extra heavy duty Revolving Centres.

Our design of ME Roller Cage is very sturdy, with solid Rollers which have freedom of rotation about it’s own axis as well as flexibility in locating diameter, so that wear of Rollers & breakage of roller cage is minimum. The Cage is made out of alloy steel having Hardness 60 to 62 HRC for longer life. Use of Roller cages for perfect location and minimum PCD runout is a great help for mass production of Gears.These Roller Cages are tailor made for each gear. The Roller diameter and its PCD are made to suit each Gear Data. The Roller are located in each tooth gap so that clamping becomes easier and also ensure perfect location on PCD of Gear thus reducing the runout between bore & PCD of Gears.Normally after heat treatment of Gears, the internal grinding of bore posses a great problem of PCD location. We have solved this problem with the state of the art design of Roller cage.
