· Combination of the paper bag and flexible packaging: As we are the only paper bag manufacturer that also has a flexible packaging set up, it helps us to utilize more expensive printing machines in both our products. Other machines that are used in flexible laminates like slitting machines help us to slit a paper roll in our required sizes if the availability in the market of that size is not available. We are the only manufacturer that can offer you UV printing at negligible pricing.
· Hot Melt adhesive: As our prime focus is on quality, we use hot melt adhesives instead or regular glue in our manufacturing process. Most manufacturers either purchase handle from outside which is made from glue or uses it themselves for cost reduction. Hot Melt adhesives are more than twice the price of regular glue, however, we have never had any complaint about paper bag not holding up the claimed weight because of it.
· Roll Fed Plants: Paper rolls have a wider availability than sheets. Most manufacturers have sheetfed machines as they are inexpensive. We have 2 automatic roll-fed plants which help us in paper availability and higher production speeds.
· Spare Capacity: We have an installed capacity of 60 lakh paper bags per month. Since we installed a plant this year only, we have a spare capacity of 45-50 lakh bags per month. Therefore we can assure you timely deliveries.
