We have ZM / 48, ZM / 49, ZM / 148 and ZM / 149 valves which are miniature solenoid models, normally open and closed. These can be sub-base and manifold mounted and have encapsulated coils with extremely rapid fittings. Please remember that standard power coils should not be substituted with low power coils.   Details : Protection Class is IP65 to DIN 40050 and insulation class is ‘H’. Typical response time for on and off is 10ms. ZM / 48 and ZM / 49 are ‘normally closed’ type valves and are used as pilot operators on most of the Nucon solenoid pilot valves. ZM / 148 and ZM / 149 are quite similar but are ‘normally open’ types. As standard, these feature a manual override. Individual manifolds are offered for 2, 3 or 4 valves All valves are equipped with snap-lock retainer which aids the coil to be replaced through 360o in 90o steps. The terminal Boxes can exist in either of the two positions and at 180oto each other. For these valves as well as the solenoid pilot valves using the former, coils are available separately as replacements.   More about Electrically Actuated Valves (ZM Series) : Voltage tolerance for AC model is +10% to 15% and for DC model is +10%. Optional and accessories include terminal box with lamp indicator ZM/P24121 and AC (-) ratings. Both ZM/P24121/2 and ZM/P2412/3 are appropriate for use at any frequency.
