The butter is then boiled so that the water gets evaporated. The pure desi ghee is made by the Ayurvedic churned method at our farm. 30 kg of curd is used to prepare 1 kg of ghee. Grammys Ghee made from genuine A2 milk of desi Halikar cows native of Karnataka at hunsur near Coorg.The ghee is made using the Ayurvedic Bilona method of churning curd into butter which helps in building the perfect fatty acid profile, aroma and flavour. It is a must have for overall well-being.22 litres of Halikar Cows A2 milk gives 1 litre of Grammys ghee. It is made by the Vedic process to retain all the nutrients. 1. The fresh A2 milk from desi Halikar cows is obtained. The cows are forrest grased mostly and  fed natural fodder  2. The milk is boiled in ss containers and set to curd. This increases CLA percentage in the ghee. 3. The curd is then slowly churned in ss vesels bidirectionally to yield makkhan. This step ensures that all the nutrients are retained. 4. The makkhan is heated in vesels on a low flame to yield golden ghee.
