PALLAVI multipurpose plate freezers are manufactured with high quality material and are available with double doors in front and double foldable doors at the rear, or four foldable doors at the rear. the cabinet body and doors of the freezers are duly insulated and doors fitted with SS hinges, Handles & Locks
The freezers operate at low temperatures(-40 degree F). The plate close on to the packed products or trays ensuring double contact. This ensures uniform quick freezing by direct conduction with maximum economy. The rapid low temperature freezing retains the natural quality ofthe products. It also avoids discolouration and breakdown of cell structure.
