We have multiple slitting lines to facilitate burr-free slitting of mother coils as wide as 1,200 mm down to 5 mm with precision in width to the order of a few microns. The core is manufactured on fully-automatic Core Winding machines ensuring high stacking factor. The core is then annealed in an inert atmosphere for relieving any stress. The result is a core in which all molecules are aligned in the direction of flux, thus ensuring the desired electrical characteristics.We maintain an extensive stock of the electrical steel required in various grades of CRGO and CRNGO, with thicknesses ranging from 0.20 mm to 0.35 mm.
