Technical Specification of Cast Iron Hollow Box Parallel Jagdeep Cast Iron Hollow Box Parallels are being used in application in workshop for job set up for Machining, Marking, Inspection & checking accuracy. Jagdeep Hollow Box Parallels manufactured completely in house, with world class manufacturing facility equipped with CNC machines, starting from design, casting, machining and till finish and packing to ensure product quality matching with international standards. Parallel shall be manufactured in Cast Iron of grade starting from FG 200 (as per IS 210) OR GG-20, having hardness minimum 160 BHN. Higher grader can be offered as per requirement. Basic Features: Profiles: Generally provided with Plane Surface. Holes, square slots, guiding slots or other profiles on top as well as sides may be provided as per requirement of customers. Stress Relieving: Hollow Box Parallels shall be manufactured with castings duly stress relieved, after rough machining to prevent distortion. Accuracy: As per IS-4241. Surface Finish: CNC finish or Hand Scrapped finish can be provided as per requirement.
