Fixed gantry-Moving table type: The machine is a ‘fixed gantry-moving table type’, comprises of a well-ribbed base with integral bed-ways, thick walled fixed gantry and a moving work-table. All these major parts are made of low vibration cast iron, and the whole machine is fixed on heavy-duty steel structure for rigidity and stability. Through its sturdy well-built construction and by using of ball-screws and linear guides a vibration-free smooth performance can be achieved while working.
