Sourcing :- This department is very important to our organization. It helps in differentiating us from the other buying houses in the market. Our sourcing team sources the market for new designs, some of which have been incorporated in a few of our clients\' ranges. They introduce the emerging trends in the market. :: Placement of Order We have merchandisers who work on your orders. You may be confident that your orders are placed with a supplier that is well respected in the trade for his/her business acumen and technical expertise. We have a dedicated list of suppliers. The merchandisers who will be looking after your account will look into sampling, to test reports and all aspects of inspections required for your orders. This person will be in touch with you on a regular basis to keep you informed during every stage of your order. He/she will also follow buyers\' instruction from documentation to packing requirement. In other words, they are an extension of your office on our side of the world. :: Quality Control Our inspections are based on the AQL 4.0 system. We run three inspections from the time the orders are placed to the time they reach your warehouse. This assures us that the order placed is complete and is actually ready and in suitable condition to travel. :: Logistics Only after receipt the \"OK for shipment\" from Adroit House, the supplier is permitted to dispatch the goods. Our logistic department follows up the shipment once it gets the \"OK for Shipment\" from the QC department. The department is in regular touch (several times a day) with the clearing and forwarding agent and gets a daily report by fax in order to follow-up the documents required for shipping and to monitor closely the movement of cargo. This ensures that it is put aboard the targeted vessel and meets the deadline of the buyer.
