After complete dismantling of the unit, each and every part is handled acutely with extreme care, residual and clogged sludge and other impurities are washed off through hydro-jet pressure, post drying, the gaskets are detached from all the Titanium plates, this plates are then submerged into a deep acidic bed, being processed for couple of minutes, the plates are brush scrapped followed by another pressured water bath. The plates are then passed on to detect any adversity, with strict and rigorous quality attention being paid here, three important test, namely, Pin Hole detection, Ultraviolet ray and Die penetration tests are scrutinized on each individual plate, Only the best and most qualified plates are then chosen for further consideration. If considered installing the plates on the unit, new and excellent quality of NBR gaskets are glued on the plates, rest assured as the glue we use here is also industry standard and OEM certified, after the gaskets are successfully glued, the plates are then baked into a kiln for effective drying of the attached gaskets and glue and finally, the plates are ready for onward consideration. By the way, we can provide you the plate with or without gaskets, as per your discretion.         All other physical parts and spares of the dismantled unit are sandblasted, making it free from rust and other anti-oxidants, faulty parts if any, are replaced. All this parts are then sprayed with oxidized paint, acute surfacing coat of paint is then applied prior to a final paint. Once dried, all the parts are carefully brought up and installed together to acquire a stunning and a flashy unit.
