Psyllium is an agri-farm product of dried ripe seeds of plantago ovata forks (farm. Plantaginancae) and it has been cleaned free for all dust, agri farm fibers, wastes, mud, stones and iron particles.
Sat-Isabgol is nothing but a filmy upper layer of Isabgol Seeds. It has a Significant property of absorbing water and form a bulk mucilage. Its action is purely mechanical and its efficiency is entirely due to the large quantity of mucilage present in the husks.
