Resin Cast Transformer (upto 36kV) MEHRU manufactures Indoor Resin Cast Current & Potential Transformers up to 36kV voltage class.

Single phase, single pole voltage transformers, to connect between line & earth up to 300kV voltage class - Both pole voltage transformers, to connect between line to line up to 36kV voltage class. - Three phase voltage transformers starstar connected upto 36kV voltage class. - Three phase residual voltage transformers star delta connected up to 36kV voltage class.

  Precision grade current transformers are supplied in portable model in wooden boxes, fitted with specially designed terminals for easy use. Mehru can supply portable standard current transformers with accuracy class up to 0.1. Precision grade potential transformers are supplied in oil cooled model up to 300kV voltage class. Test Benches fitted with CT/PT test set, standard current transformers, burden boxes and current source are also available.

Potential transformers manufactures Indoor Resin Cast Current & Potential Transformers up to 36kV voltage class. The design of Instrument Transformers, are time tested designs over a period of several decades. All the Instrument Transformers have been type tested as per IECIS and ANSI standards.

Outdoor oil cooled instrument transformers are hermetically sealed type in construction. The whole CTPT unit is dried in an air heating oven under very high vacuum & strictly controlled conditions. Measurement of amount of moisture taken out from the CTsPTs is done at regular intervals during the vacuum drying process. After the process is over the CTPTs are filled with filtered, de-aerated EHV grade transformer oil under vacuum. The oil filtration plant, the processed oil storage tank & the vacuum drying chambers are all interfaced together to ensure that the CTsPTs are filled with oil untouched by human hand. To seal the CTPTs the space left for expansion on the top is filled with dry & pure -nitrogen gas through a non -returnable valve at pre determined pressure.

Mehru manufactures various types of Low Tension Current & Potential Transformers.

Mehru manufactures high voltage Test sets from 2.5kV to 600kV(2.5kV/5kV Dual range HV sets are in portable model). Standard rating of HV sets manufactured are 100 mA for 30 minutes. Mehru can also supply on requrest HV sets with ratings higher than 100 mA. The HV test Sets comprises of:- 1. HV Test Transformer 2. Control Panel 3. Auto Transformer(Dimmerstat) The Control Panel consists of voltmeter,timer & a specially designed digital current controller. Various interlocks & protection features are provided to ensure safe & trouble free operation.

    Coupling capacitors for power line carrier applications. – Capacitor voltage divider (CVD) consists of one or two brown or grey glazed porcelain or silicon rubber insulator (on request). – Capacitor elements consists of Aluminum foil insulated with paper and polypropylene film impregnated with mineral insulating oil (or synthetic oil on request) free from PCBs. – EMU unit is filled with PCB free mineral insulating oil. – Pressure release device is provided for each unit of CVD. On request, Stainless steel bellows can also be supplied.
