Used as lamination substrates for chips snack, confectionary products and other packaging materials. The normal thickness range in this grade varies from 20 to 60 microns. It is normally laminated to BOPP or Polyester either plain or printed . PLASMA METALLISED CPP FILMPlasma Metalized CPP film laminated/Extrusion coated to Printed or Plain Polyester/BOPP is used for Deep Fried Dry Snacks as it provides better OTR/MVTR properties compared to normal Metalized films. The 5 Layer CPP line from Reifenhauser with a width of 4.8 meters and an annual capacity of 15000 MT , is the widest and by far the most technologically advanced line in the country. It has the capability to produce a wide range CPP films , both for regular applications as well as specialty films for high barrier and retort applications. The line is also equipped with advanced features to monitor and maintain consistent quality. The growth of CPP films in India , has been limited so far , due to the lack of availability of high quality films as well as the absence of innovative products , given that most of the current manufacturers are in the unorganized sector . With the launch of JPFL’s CPP range , packaging convertors and brand owners can look forward to regular availability high quality and innovative films in this segment.  

Casting polypropylene films is a kind of unoriented film. Compared with bopp, it has property of superexcellent flexibility and high sealing strength . It can be boiled in high temperature to disinfect for long time storage .

It is a multilayer PP film with co-polymer and homo-polymer. It is used as a heat seal layer along with BOPP/Polyester film in a laminate for packing of food articles. CPP films have higher gloss and transparency, higher strength, superior barrier properties and excellent sealing strength.
