This ensures that the surface finish of brackets is without any burns and sharp corners. RVI also offer special guiding idler brackets and idler to assist with belt tracking. Top mounted (belt line above mounting structure) or undersing (belt line below mounting structure) impact frames typically have a more sturdy design to accommodate for impact loads.
