Operating of all electrical equipment (DG, all Motors, all pumps etc.), WTP on daily, weekly, Monthly and Quarterly basis Liaison with AMC vendors for maintenance follow up Maintenance of all electrical equipment (DG, Motors, pumps, fire extinguishers etc.) on scheduled basis like daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly etc Maintenance of the Reticulated Gas system, monitoring and recording of the readings of critical parameters Pressure, DP & Flow and also attending to the complaints from the flats and coordinating with OEM in case of any system issues and monthly recording of the Gas meters of all the residents, billing and receipts. Earth pit maintenance Attending all external and Limited Internal plumbing / electrical faults (log it for review) Checking water PH level on a continual basis Filling of metro water tank, underground bore well tank, operating WTP etc.
