This is one of the latest air-motor type valve actuator that can be attached to an existing manual valve to turn it into a remotely controlled automatic valve. The A.O.V can be used in hazardous areas and in case of vlackout as it is driven by air. (A.O.Vs are applied to emergency stop valve during blackout.) It consists of spur gears and is highly efficient. THe specially designed torque limiter maintains grip (open and close) torque to a proper level, preventing damage ot the valve. The manual steer DOG of the valve enables the user to switch the valve into manual mode (to stop the steering wheel in the automatic mode or to start the steering wheel in the manual mode). Pressure / Vacuum Relief Valve The pressure/ vacuum valve is a protection device mounted on a nozzle opening on the top of a fixed roof atmospheric storage tank. Its primary purpose is to protect the tank against rupturing or imploding. Without an opening or a controlled opening, a fixed roof atmospheric tank would rupture under increasing pressure caused by pumping liquid into the tank or as a result of vapor pressure changes caused by severe thermal changes. Imploding, or the collapsing of a tank, occurs during the pumping out procedure or thermal changes. As the liquid level lowers, the vapor space pressure is reduced to below atmospheric pressure. This vacuum condition must be alleviated through a controlled opening on the tank. In short, the tank needs to breathe in order to eliminate the possibilityu of rupturing or imploding. Because of its primary function, a pressure/ vacuum valve is commonly referred to as a "breather valve". 2. Flame / Detonation Arresters Flame arresters are fire safety devices. They prevent flames from entering a tank and also provide protection from flashes within a tank. They can also be used as an in-line flashback prevention device. 3. Emergency Relief Valve The primary function of the emergency relief valve is to provide a controlled opening on a tank that will be large enough to prevent rupturing of the tank under severe pressure increases caused by close proximity to intense fire. Each of these safety devices are used on the atmospheric, fixed roof, non-refrigerated, storage tank. 4. N2 Blanketing System The corporation win MODEL WNBS blanket gas regulator ensure that a constant gas pressure is maintained in the vapor space of a storage tank. When liquid is removed from a tank or the temperature is reduced, a vacuum would be developed. With the corporation win blanket gas regulator, a blanket gas is supplied to prevent any vacuum from developing and to maintain the desired blanket pressure. In addition to preventing outside air and moisture from entering the storage vessel. The result not only conserves product but also greatly reduces emissions. These advantages are in addition to the fire protection that is provided. 5. Solt Deeping & Sampling Device Model WDD50 series is used to gaging the height of liquid level, taking temperature and taking samples of liquids held in storage tank without relieving pressure within the tank. It avoids the loss of valuable vapours and exposing the gauger to excessive fumes. 6. Central Type Swing Joints The Corporation WIN MODEL WSJ series constructed of only four major parts, a cast iron "V" shaped yoke, a specially manufactured tee and two and two bronze bushing with o-ring sealsthe huber staytite swing joint is balanced, leak tight and has no tendency to tilt or pull apart. It is a state-of-the-art Air-motor operated Valve Actuator which may simply be mounted on the existing manual valves currently installed on sites and makes them possible for remote and/ or automatic control.
