When the extinguisher is activated in case of a fire, the nitrogen from the cartridge combines with water in thecontainer. This mixture is then broken down into a fine mist of 54 microns in the mist generator nozzle. When it comes into contact with a fire, this fine Watermist turns into steam that cools the area and kills the fire. Without causing any collateral damage to yourmachinery or the Earth.

In the Ceasefire Water-based Cartridge, water is mixed with CO2 from the cartridge. When it comes in contact with a fire, the water turns into steam, cooling the area, cutting off the oxygen supply and killing the flames. These extinguishers are ideal for Class A fires.
